Please improve signage outside!!! Finding the entrance is tricky, and dragging luggage up one flight of stairs is inconvenient!!! A more user-friendly hairdryer and better air conditioning would enhance comfort too!!!

The location amazed me, just a short walk to the Pantheon and Fontana di Trevi. I loved the spacious Double Room, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The helpful staff provided great tips for restaurants. However, the air conditioning in my room didn't cool properly, making it uncomfortable at night with temperatures reaching 78 degrees. The noise from the ventilation system in the bathroom became annoying too after some time. Despite these issues, the fantastic surroundings make it worth considering for a stay in Rome.

Great location near the vibrant piazzas, with plenty of dining options nearby, including a grocery store for essentials. The room was spacious and well-maintained, with daily cleaning that kept everything tidy. The air conditioning struggled a bit in the heat, which made some nights uncomfortable. Noise from the street and other systems was noticeable at times, but it didn’t overshadow the enjoyable atmosphere and service. Would suggest bringing earplugs if you're sensitive to sound.

We really loved the spacious room with a large bathroom and a nice balcony. It was so pleasant to sit outside and listen to a violist playing nearby. The location was fantastic, with lots of restaurants and shops just a short walk away.
My children wanted better signage at the entrance. A bit more information on check-in would help families.

Fantastic location and spacious rooms
I loved how central everything was. we were just a short stroll from both the Pantheon and Piazza Navona. The room was surprisingly spacious for a European accommodation and well-equipped with modern amenities, making our stay very comfortable. The staff was super helpful and even mapped out the best walking routes for sightseeing, which really enhanced our experience. The only downside was that it could be a bit noisy at night due to the lively street, but we managed to sleep well most nights.
